Bonne continuation

Magali Brénon has written two books based on photographic records and words caught on the fly, borrowed from songs, films or travel guides. While they tell a story, they also draw mental spaces where phrases resonate with obsessions and conjure up images.
Her recent drawing practice stems from her work in publishing and in writing research. She maps everyday life at its most common and most heterogeneous, using receipts, invoices, envelopes and shopping lists, as well as notes on selected subjects.
